Flooring by Alex is a top-rate flooring company here in northeast El Paso!!! They get a little busy this time of year so you have to be patient. We had our kitchen flooring as well as living room, dining room, and hall carpeting replaced by Alex and Alex. Alex was willing to work with us on a special order for the carpeting, and he and his teams were very professional and efficient in completing the job as promised in the contract. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to others.

I have rental homes and buy and sell homes as well. I had previously gone to other flooring businesses to get estimates and would spend a lot of time trying to get the best price. This ended up being a waste of time because Alex was consistently offering me the best prices. So now, I only call him when I need an appointment.

Been here two times and the same note always at the door. Called and said he would meet me here at 2pm. This guy never showed or called back. Other time he said he would call on his way back to his showroom and never called. What a waste of time.

After researching, visiting and interviewing at least 3 places to purchase flooring for my new home, I decided to try at least one more place and found Alex & Alex Flooring. It was the best decision made. After explaining my situation to Alex, he very calmly, (nice demeanor) basically told me, no worries....he would work with me to meet my budgetary and flooring needs.

Alex is very professional and honorable. He and his crew provided excellent service for a reasonable price. I have used several other flooring installers, and Alex and his crew have been by far the best. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
