I was working with Jeremy J and he went above and beyond to locate the exact type of engineered wood floor that I had installed several years ago so that it would match another room that we wanted to have done. I’ve purchased from Trent at FloorCo’s Temple location. Trent was super knowledgeable about all of the products and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Their prices are very fair too. I started out by ordering some vinyl floor for a 150 sq.ft room and it turned out really, really nice. I just went back and ordered another 1,600 sq.ft to finish the rest of the house. My wife and I purchased flooring for our home from the Woodway location. The guys working were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the experience a great experience! Prices are good, and they provide you contacts for some awesome installers!!

We remodeled our kitchen last year and went to FloorCo in Temple for backsplash. Met Shane who was exceedingly patient and beyond helpful. Had an idea of what I wanted but not entirely and Shane was knowledgeable and did I mention patient? I am a very picky shopper and with so many options available, customer service is a high priority, as well as shopping local. It can be overwhelming to walk
