I would never do business with this store again, ever. The very first problem I had with them, was I ordered a whole house of carpet, and drove from Ft. Worth to Cleburne, and the owner completely forgot my appointment after I had driven all that way. Then after I ordered my carpet, several years later, it had begun to wear and show it in the pile. I had a flood in my kitchen which ruined my floors in the main part of my house. We went to the Floor Store and met with the owner who was very helpful. We picked out carpet and tile and had it I stalled within a week. It has been a few months now and we are loving our floors. The crew who came to install were friendly and professional. Will be using them again for the bedrooms.

I have used quite a few flooring companies over the years in both my rental properties and my personal property. The floor store was the best. Prompt, professional and very informative. I won't use anyone but the floor store from now on.
