Avery, at the sunset valley location, did an AMAZING job at explaining what kind of flooring would be what I needed. After narrowing down the options and picking out what I wanted the whole process really was over in the blink of an eye. His crew specifically, Romulo, worked on my flooring and I have absolutely zero complaints, I mean, the pictures speak for themselves!!

Floor King worked quickly to replace the carpets in my new home and personally visited to bring additional samples when the carpet I chose was out of stock. The installation technician was friendly, worked diligently, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. Would hire again.

Zacarias and the installation team did a great job installing a new hardwood floor on our stairs and entire upstairs floor of our unit. Bill at floor king was great and helped me every step of the way. He kept in contact and before I had even picked up the order called to let me know 1 box was damaged in delivery to the warehouse and he had already requested to replace it. Very helpful and responsive.

Our sales advisor, Avery gave us plenty of time to take samples home and also explained the many flooring options.
Our main concern was the difficulty of removing our engineered hardwood flooring that was glued down.
We had a remarkable team, Barbas Flooring, that provided the removal and clean up. We were very happy that Floor King sent them, Christian & Steven, to do that labor intensive work. W
