The actual floor installers did a great job on install. However, the office staff is another story. Late for appointments, no show, and no calls. We finally got a bid from them when I called and reminded them that they missed our appt.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism we received. Rey has a great team. We had to have all the floors replaced in the house because the builders team did not do a good job. It was a no stress, no pressure, easy experience. Rey was very accommodating from showing us the carpet samples, measuring the rooms, and setting up the installation. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and were very accommodating to our timeline. Overall, we are very happy with the experience with Floor King and the quality of the product.
