I had a wonderful experience with Heidi. She scheduled her visit to my home very quickly and took measurements. I came in the store and picked out the perfect carpet. I needed the carpet installed on a specific day and it was available. I knew nothing about carpet and Heidi made the process so easy.

We recently installed flooring thru Floor King. Lisa Carver was wonderful to work with.. she helped us pick the right flooring and helped coordinate the install seamlessly. The install crew (AJ & team) were great and even returned the day after install to replace some planks that we thought were too dark on the stairs. We had our kitchen tile replaced with LVP and two bedrooms recarpeted. Heidi was efficient and professional throughout the job. Heidi was awesome! She went above and beyond to help us pick out our carpet, even bringing samples to our home so we could see how everything looked in our space. Her service was excellent from start to finish. We also have complete peace of mind knowing that Flooring King will be there to help if anything ever comes up. Highly recommend!

I called Floor King regarding replacing carpets in our 2 bedrooms with the luxury vinyl we had throughout the rest of our home. Heidi quickly found that our flooring was in stock and that she could come out and measure within 15 minutes! She had us scheduled for an install in a week. Our installers, Nelsvic and Abraham, did an amazing job. They moved our furniture and placed it all back again
