Jules was wonderful. She came out, measured, and set me up with a great carpet. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly. They made sure to work with me on the transitions and got everything exactly the way we wanted. This is our second time using Floor King. The first was when we recarpeted our house after moving in, and this time was for a remodel project.

Floor King has been our go to for flooring for our last three houses (for over 20 years). Gina Moreno is the very best rep. She has been so helpful. She is super knowledgeable and personable; she always goes above and beyond to help her clients. Our new floor and carpet are beautiful; we are so happy! Gina is so awesome; I love her and feel like I have a new bestie!!

I had all my carpets replaced, this was by far the best experience!! From the moment I walked into the store and was greeted until the job was finished. Heidi was my sales person, she was very patient and answered all my questions and explained how their process would work (and it was accurate). I ordered the carpet, Denise scheduled the install with all the information I would need to be ready

We just had our whole downstairs floors done through Floor King after having a defective tile. We changed from tile to LVP and they sent out Barbas Flooring to do a dustless removal of the old stuff and install the LVP. This place rocks! They are so professional and their prices are better than almost everywhere else. They have a great variety of options. Their floor samples are a great size and you can take them home so you can get a feel of what it would look like in your home without any commitment. I had the best experience with Heidi! She was extremely helpful and made sure my install went smoothly and quickly. She worked after hours with me since I had a crazy schedule. The installers did a great job with installing the tile. Everything is perfectly aligned and they were super professional. I would definitely recommend Floor King, I’m very happy with my experience as a whole.

We are so pleased with our floors. Heidi helped us with picking out floors and setting up the installs for the entire house. It was a big project and she helped every step of the way. Heidi checked in regularly and made sure everything progressed as needed.

Floor King did a great job in 2010 by placing all my floors and showers after a devastating fire. They also did a great job removing carpet and placing LVP this week.
