Floor Hut has an excellent owner and staff. Creswell and Danny treated me like family. There is no upselling or any attempt to provide flooring that you, as a consumer, may not need.

Floor Hut installed our carpets for hundreds cheaper than anywhere else was offering. The installers did a great job. From removing the old carpet, replacing the padding, and installing the new carpet, it was all done quickly and without any blemishes. The sales reps were very nice and understanding. They didn’t make a fuss when we had to reschedule.

Danny, the salesman from the showroom, offered a very good customer experience from the beginning. Came to my house to take detailed measurements of the floor area in scope and explained how the installation would work. His crew came in less than 2 weeks later and executed the whole project (removal of current floor & tiles and installed the new hardwood floors) within 3 days. Very effective. It g

We hired Floor Hut based on the positive reviews but was disappointed in the lack of professionalism that we experienced. We had engineered hardwoods in our home and had to replace all of the flooring due to a water heater leak. Danny was helpful in helping us choose flooring and setting up the project but it was the aftermath that turned the entire experience into a complete nightmare.

We highly recommend The Floor Hut. We got our wood flooring there a few years ago, and recently got our new carpeting there. Both experiences were exceptional. We had shopped around for carpet (NFM, Peeks, HomeDepot, Lowes etc) and no one had comparable options or service. Phillip Klein did not try to come in with a Sales Scam and tell me how they were offering 50% off like Empire (who was also the most expensive and will target you with telemarketing afterwards). I had the best experience working with Robert Sherman from Floor Hut. Not only he's very knowledgeable about the products I felt very comfortable with his advice.
