Floor depot did an excellent job on our carpeting job. Bob very promptly took the measurements we made and gave an initial estimate, then he came to the house did the measurements and final quote. The carpeting was installed on time, and there were no delays in the process. The job done by the installers was excellent and the price for the job was better than quotes we got from others.

We were shopping for tile and so glad we stopped at this place ! Jon was excellent and answered all our questions and even connected us with a contractor to install our floors . Gilbert and Trey did an amazing job installing over 1000 square feet of tile . Their attention to detail was great and they took their time to do the job right . It would be nice to be acknowledged. I walked around the small showroom a couple of times. I was never asked if I needed any assistance. Unfortunately, for them, I’m not a tire kicker. I was looking to purchase and walk out today. Oh, well.

They were reasonably priced with premium quality carpet and exceptional service.
I highly recommend them.
I had 7 companies come out for an estimate and they had the best price, and were professional.

Customers should come first. Just left this place after an altercation with a person there name John. He was rude. He raised his voice to us and made comments that a salesperson should make. To top it off the owner validated his actions. I don't recommend this place. He took the word of one person vs two customers.
