Great experience at Floor & Decor. Huge selection of tile and flooring materials at good prices. The store was clean and well organized, and the staff was helpful when I had questions. Definitely a good place to shop for home renovation projects.

I have been so impressed with the staff and products at the Wylie store. I have several very large projects going on and everyone has been amazing to help. I actually used to be an interior designer but have been out of it for at least 20 years. This staff. is young but don't let that fool you. Initially got greeted and asked if we needed assistance but when we asked for a designer we were asked to make an appointment when there were like 6 employees just hanging out. We had a store pick-up order for some delicate marble trim and ceramic tiles that were sold out at other locations and so we ventured over to this location in Wylie. Noah and Josh at the order pickup department made the process so easy and pleasant. They allowed us to check each item thoroughly and helped replace chipped pieces. Noah even built us some perfectly sized boxes to transport the trim p

I had a very disappointing experience on 2/15/26 at 1:26 PM with the cashier when I arrived to return a sample tile (32" × 32"). The cashier, A (#93399), told me that the store policy is “no receipt, no return.” I explained that I had left the receipt at home, but he could look up the transaction using my credit card or issue store credit.

Painful experience so far. They have NO clue designing cabinets. They do not talk to each other. Adding a counter top feels like asking for a ticket to the moon. Installation services good luck. Getting a call back. I hope to have a LOT of patience. Once you speak to someone take an even deeper breath. Still waiting.

Sorry, the one star is for basic common sense. If you live and wiley Sachse murphy area, please consider the small mom and pop stores first.They've been here forever and raised their families and their kids. Don't let them struggle and go out of business. Not a store owner. Just putting basic awareness out there.
