My wife and I were shopping for bathroom designs, and Nikki did an incredible job of making the time to show us various options on Flooring and Wall materials that were both beautiful and functional. Can’t think of enough.

Jessi, Lisa and David were Great. They made my experience pleasant. It started from the greeting with Jessi she made suggestions bc I have no matching skills then Lisa came in and tied it all together. David assist and even help me out the door. I came in very stressed about the materials and what to use for my bathroom tile. Nico was very polite and helpful with everything I needed. I have walked into this store many times and have never gotten the outstanding customer service Nico provided me with. Nico went beyond to help me not only find material but guiding me to the best options for me. This young man deserves recognition. Thank you

We had a great experience with Gissel today. She was the best designer we've ever worked with! After spending weeks deciding on our bathroom design we finally managed to figure out our design with her help. She took the time to listen and really take into account the style, patterns and colors. 5 stars! 🤩

Floor & Decor deserves all 5 stars! I recently remodeled 4 bathrooms and my master bedroom, and I can’t thank the team enough. Many times I stopped by after work, just 30–40 minutes before closing, and they were always respectful, patient, and never once complained. The designers, staff, and everyone there are professional, friendly, and truly make sure you get everything you need.
