Good selection of floor materials to includes laminate, tiles, hardwood, engineering wood, and veneer. Very well displayed all products on show room. My purpose of this visit was a window shopping for now. I may revisit, when I need new floor replacement requires. Easy parking on a huge parking lots. A big red sign on the top of building. How can you miss the store?

Easy to navigate layout. Workers are so helpful. I had a design consultant today with Sylvie Mergaux and she is THE best. Shes kind, takes the time to listen to wants/needs, and is so accommodating. She works hard and does not complain. She will be my ONLY go to consultant from here on out. You won't regret booking with her. What a cherished sweetheart.

Tonight was our first time visiting the store while shopping for materials for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. The store itself is very large with many sections, and the shower and bathtub displays are located to the right when you first walk in.

Just went to the store located in the colony which I was told Gary is the manager. I went to purchase some tile that The Denton store had ran out and I had to purchase a few more pieces. I asked for a manager to see if they could match the price that I paid for it. We are always surprised with what we find here. Floor & Decor has a fantastic selection of natural stone and tiles in current styles. Plus, they have all the accessories and tools that are needed when remodeling. One big benefit is that you can take back extra material if it was not used. I had the best experience working with Wasima this evening! I approached her design desk to ask for help purchasing tile and she went above and beyond to help me with my design ! Wasima asked me questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask. She made recommendations that saved me money in 1 area so that I could afford to complete an additional project and ultimately add more value to my project . S

UPDATED: The company and store manager did reach out to me and expressed their apologies and we spoke at length about customer service, their store and more. I would be willing to go back thanks to the manager Zach and moved my review to three stars. While the experience was bad, Zach and his team handled it well and clearly care about their customers.
