We are remodeling an older home to be our “forever home”and are basically starting from scratch. From the moment we walked in Floor & Decor we were met by the nicest, most helpful and knowledgable staff. Really took some of the stress away.

Noha, at the Temple store, was so amazing!! She helped me finalize my selection of tiles and countertops. Damien, at the register, was so, so welcoming and kind! They were both incredible. A huge blessing to us in helping us get what we needed today. Exceptional service!

Though you get some of the best deals on flooring you get lost for hours trying to find you’re best fit in tile. Unfortunately you’re going to have to wait just as long for your purchases to get loaded up in the back. The employees are incompetent in procedures and timing on the loading dock. They take just as much time loading you up as they do looking at your receipt. If you are to purchase anyt

We were greeted as we walked through the door and moments later it was easy to find friendly and knowledgeable help. I highly recommend this place over a Lowe's or home Depot. Before coming here we spent almost an hour at Lowe's being told wrong information about the project we were working on.

I just had the best experience today at Floor and Decor. They had everything I needed and I love the layout of the store. What made it above and beyond today was Gabriella. From the time they called her to help me till the time I drove away, her customer service was just the best. She was patient, thorough and considerate and I was so grateful for her help.
