Incredible selection and best prices! If you have a specific project in mind, highly recommend meeting with one of their expert designers. Chad made the experience so much better than I could have expected! He was so helpful every step of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering every question and offering different options to fit our budget. Would highly recommend!

There was this gentleman Anthony who was very welcoming and so knowledgeable in the backsplash section and took the time to walk with me in which mosaics meshed well with the tile I had in hand. It really saved up so much time and he calculated everything for me with his device he had on hand. I'll come back and remodel my guest bathroom and will most definitely ask for his help. The manager here Neelson was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He was acting as we were buying the floors for free and was doing a us a favor by helping us assist during the checkout process. I don't expect a smile from the customer service always but at least be kind while assisting the customers, If you’re there only to give an attitude I suggest you just stay at home. There was a lady cashier named Donna at the sugarland location that was very nasty, rude loud, just kinda all around upset. I have a large project. I had brought in my cart about 6 different type of samples and retrieved about 3 samples each type. I had also brought with me in my cart the sample boxes, since there were only either 2, 3 pieces I figured its better just to take the box to not mes

Lucas provided amazing customer service, he gladly helped me choose a tile for my home with the right materials.I was having a difficult time choosing a grout for my tile and lucas in a blink of an eye gave me the best option for my tile, And helped me load everything into my car without a problem. Floor and Decor is blessed my having such and awesome employee.

Great staff with up most best team leadership skills that can help out in any customer situation. Got a chance to work hand-in-hand with a team for some flooring projects from the pro desk to the cashier and staff upfront. All great people if they don’t have the material they can quickly, find the material to get for your project was in their supply chain.
