This is not your normal tile and flooring store. THIS Floor and Decor is epic. The selection seems endless, and the service is amazing. Narin sought us out and genuinely wanted to help us. We saw him helping several people with the same patience he had with us, too. You can tell he's a great human. Highly recommend.

I wish to express my gratitude to the manager present on the date of 2-14-26. Despite being caught in a severe storm with my grandkids, she kindly escorted us to the break room and provided my granddaughter with some snacks while we waited for the tornado warning to pass. I’ve driven all over Houston for this smooth travertine and couldn’t find it. Walked in the floor and Decor in Pearland handed the sample to Sheila and she took me right to it. Elliot was the sweetest for offering to help me. Love this store

Inspiring! I have been to F&D numerous times. This time I was able to go by myself and enjoy the many selections available for a home we are building. The inspiration walls, the variety of tiles and prices allow me to mix nd match to stay within my budget. First let me say that if you are planning to redo flooring or Bathroom this year i highly recommend The Floor and Decor store in WEST Pearland. There's a young lady named SHEILA who is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She worked with me and my Wife for over an hour showing us the differences in laminated floors vs HARD WOOD flooring. and also different tiles for a new bathro
