Angel was so helpful. Literally sent from heaven. He helped me pick out appropriate tile for each space. Helped me walk around the store while he carried different options and then helped me select the perfect combination for my dream bathroom. His manager Austin was wonderful too. They both assisted and got us a wonderful discount. 10/10 would recommend.

Kiki from Floor & Decor in North Richland Hills is one of the better reps I’ve worked with. As a contractor I deal with a lot of suppliers, and it’s not always easy to find someone that’s both knowledgeable and efficient, but she’s on point.

I have shopped here multiple times. They have very helpful staff. I was looking for a particular color grout and a staff member had to get out a ladder and fish it out of the back of the shelf. They have an extensive selection of tiles. Great place to get design ideas. Make sure you keep your receipts as it may be hard to find your extra tile months later.

We met with design consultant Marlin today. She did a great job helping us choose tile for shower remodel as well as office flooring. Very patient and providing some good ideas to consider. I would highly recommend her.

I am never again doing business with Floor and Decor, I suggest you do the same. I bought a vanity and had the associates load it in the back of my pickup with a forklift. We did not reposition the vanity once loaded on the truck, only strapping it down to keep it from tipping over. Huge shoutout to Brian as we tackled our biggest home project yet, DIY master bathroom remodel! We ended up choosing Bella Vita 24x48 large format tile and love the final look. Just about everything we needed for the project was available for purchase at Floor and Decor. Highly recommend this location and Floor and Decor in general.

I went to floor and decor for a bathroom update. I was lucky enough to work with Mina Botous who has excellent taste and knew exactly what I wanted. Mina picked out fabulous tile for shower and floor as well as a very cool rock for shower floor. I would highly recommend him for design. Mina has also followed up to see how the project is going and supported finding more tile if needed. This is
