Found some vinyl flooring on sale, cost me only 157.00 to do a 12"x12" room! They have a material calculator on their website that tells you exactly how much you'll need, all you gotta do is plug in the room dimensions, it's awesome.

Michaelle was rude and hostile as soon as we walked up to her register. We were told by the manager last time we came that we'd get a discount for next time. As we tried explaining to her, that's when she began catching an attitude, and when we asked for her manager, she simply told us to "go find him'".
Luckily we were able to find Jesus the manager and he was a great help and made the experience

Incredible selection of floor tile, laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring, and bath tiles. They do not carry any kind of a carpet or astroturf product.
They also carry a limited selection of wall paneling and acoustic wall panels. Just like the big orange home improvement store lots of employees running around looking busy. I believe more employees than customers and never once approached.

I wanted to commend floor and decor on their hiring manager whoever hired Rubi L needs a raise! We talked over the phone and She went above and beyond lots of patience and understanding of her role she answered questions about materials and my order off the top of her head I can tell she is very knowledgeable and experienced first time at floor and decor and WILL BE BACK the customer service genui

I and Wife went shopping here for materials to upgrade our bathroom and shower. We had an Amazing experience getting guidance and help from both Roger and Asiana in navigating through so many options. They helped us figure out what we needed. We are both happy and thankful for them!

I just want to say that the ladies at the pro desk in mesquite are amazing, super helpful, down to earth and very professional. They helped me out on my return and I will be going straight to them for my orders or with anything I need help with in the future!

This is a massive facility and the product selection is amazing. I loved walking around looking at the various merchandise. Very clean and great atmosphere.
My complaint is, I needed help several times and no one approached me and I couldn't find anyone either. After looking around for a few minutes and not seeing any workers to help me I left.
It's otherwise a great store.
