We went to buy tile and looked at options and their customer service was exceptional . Bea and Ana were extremely helpful thru the sales process. Jorge also gave us the best price for a future project.

Went by Floor and Decor to get some flooring for my room and Jack helped me out really great. Very knowledgeable Very Professional. He made sure that we got everything we needed to make sure the job was done right the first time and he also told us we needed to get some special padding that I did not know that we needed so that the floor lasts a long time and the warranty isn't voided.

Lupita did a great job in finding the colors we were trying to put together for our two bathroom rebuilds. She was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. Ask for her and you will not be disappointed.

The one aisle we are interested in was closed off. They tell us we can't go in there because they are moving items around. We ask how long they'll be, they say "30 minutes". We tell them we only went to Floor and Decor for an item in that aisle, it will take us less than a minute of time to look at the tile.

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Floor & Decor! The store has an incredible selection of high-quality flooring, tiles, and home improvement materials at very reasonable prices. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me find exactly what I needed for my project. The layout made it easy to browse, and I appreciated the variety of styles to suit different budgets and tastes.

I had a great experience with Matt. He helped me out so well in my experience we were able to look through photos exactly what I needed and give me the piece. He even helped me pay for it and take it to my car. He wish me happy holidays overall made the experience super well I’m always gonna come and get my towel here for the homes we build
