Dianna and Robert were absolutely amazing throughout our tile buying process. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions to make sure we picked the right tile. I had such a great experience! Bell Smith, one of the designers, took my scattered thoughts and samples and scraps of paper and organized them into a cohesive, classy, gorgeous bathroom. I'm so impressed with her knowledge of design and materials. Bell took away my anxiety about this project and I'm looking forward to the reveal when it's done.

Diana is a rock star!!! I walked in and She helped me through my experience. She didn’t just talk and point…NO! She explained and guided! Worth her weight in palladium!! Superb customer service!!! Way to go Floors and Decor. I will return JUST because of her customer service!

I made 3 trips to your store to pick out new flooring. Aaron, Omar, and Dianna were the absolute best. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient.
They explained the differences between all the options and answered questions I did not even know to ask. Excellent customer service that is rare these days. I am in Customer Service so I know it when I see it.

Today was my first day at this location & I had the BEST experience! I went into the store to look for luxury vinyl plank flooring & Aaron came over to extend his help! Been to this location twice and my experience was great. Dianna and Robert were big help. Dianna helped us find everything we needed, they were both very knowledgeable about their products. They even helped us load the tiles into our car safely.
