Traveled to Floor and Decor located at the Live Oak location and was immediately greeted and assisted. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Naomi, Kyndra and Efrain. All were super knowledgeable, professional and assisted me with our tile needs. Definitely recommend this store for any flooring needs! Will return!

I've used floor and decor for all my tile and flooring needs for 4 property remodels. I ordered a 40$ item 3/25. They didn't ship it until 3/25. I called 4/1 to see when I'd arrive at the store and they said tomorrow. I gave it 2 days and went to the store to pick it up, it still wasn't there. I asked for a refund and got it. It was 30$. I asked employee where is the other 10$ and he said I couldn

First trip (1/31/26) Diane was at the register (1027802610714317) and very helpful. I purchased two 16x24 travertine tiles to use as pool coping and confirmed they had well over 700 in stock. Just not on the floor. The shelf was empty.

Went to find some porcelain tile and I was overwhelmed by the size of this place! Thank goodness for the help I received from everyone, ESPECIALLY Nicole!! She was so nice, friendly, and helpful!! Walked me to each area and helped me pick out everything I’d need!! So nice to find employees who actually care about their job and show up for customers when needed!! Big shout out to Nicole!! All floor and decors I have been to I have experienced consistent good and helpful service. This location was not helpful and that was the same experience with 3 associates I interacted with during my visit. The young man at the counter said "it's cause we are busy" that is not a response a customer should hear. I ended up going to get the rest of what I needed at another location and in spea

I finished up with work under the impression that I had a little time before they closed. Unfortunately I did not look at the weekend hours and got to the store woth minutes to spare.
They let me know they would be closing soon, however Efrain, went out of his way to accommodate us and streamlined the process of getting more order in without making it feel rushed.
