Jonique was extremely helpful. She helped me narrow my floor samples to 4 colors and explained the difference between porcelain tile, laminate, vinyl, and wood flooring and what to consider when choosing the flooring. Flooring wasn’t her department, but she walked me through all of the colors.

I recently visited Floor and Decor in Katy, and I must say, my experience was outstanding! Delcy, the interior designer and salesperson, is simply exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her expertise and eye for design were invaluable, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

Very rude and disrespectful management team. Trying to come to a resolution on an issue in store. The manger and the associates spoke Spanish the entire time in front of me without me knowing what was being discussed. Leo Sanchez the store manager feels that this is appropriate behavior by his associates and management team that they serve primarily Hispanics. Feel like a minority in my own countr
