Happened to visit Floor & Decor location at Grapevine. The store was in their quiet open phase. We were welcomed warmly and the store really is splendid. There is enough assortments for your flooring needs. Consuelo at the Grapevine location was absolutely fabulous in helping us get EXACTLY what we needed for our floor and fireplace retile! She walked us through each aisle to show us all of the materials and exact colors we needed. She went out of her way to provide exceptional customer service!!

Lama and Michelle both are friendly and knowledgeable design consultants. I urge you to stop by and see them and they will gladly help you redesign your bathrooms and kitchens including outdoor projects. I highly recommend them both.

James at the Pro Source Area is a rockstar and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to replace our floors. Kristen who I believe was the supervisor on duty was also amazing. assisting us. If you are looking for great customer service - you are not just a number there.
