Came in today to purchase a lot of tile for 3 showers, Jessica went above and beyond to help us setup our huge order through the pro desk since we did not order ahead and stayed with us to ensure it went smoothly to the end. Everyone here was very kind and helpful but when you come ask for Jessica and she will give you the best service!

Taylor was a HUGE help! He helped us find exactly what we needed and was so kind and attentive. He made what could've been a nerve-wracking shopping experience smooth and painless. Definitely recommend shopping here. They're short staffed so expect a little bit of a wait time but it's well worth it for how great the customer service is.

These past few days I've been buying materials at Floor and Decor, and at this particular store, I've been very impressed with the customer service. They are friendly, charismatic, patient, and have a great knowledge of the products, their uses, and their location. I will definitely be returning to this store. The sign on the door says they have a "No Tipping Policy" but maybe you want to reinstate that. We've spent over 20k in your store in the last 2 years, my husband is currently in back brace and no one offered to help us pick up, carry or load the 14 boxes of tile we bought today. At least 8 team members passed us and said hello, 2 stopped to pet our dog, but no assistance. We would've gladly tippe

Sales person named Abe asked me if he could help me. We spent time looking at appropriate tile. I chose what I liked and we called in the scheduler Melodie. We picked a grout. Then the bid maker is coming tomorrow and his name was Jose.
I was blown away by all the great customer service today. I’m an older woman and that they were so good at communicating and being patient with me.

I ordered tile online and it was ready the next day. Super easy to pick up - they have designated parking for pick up so you don’t even have to go through the whole store. The pickup process was smooth and very fast. The employees were friendly and several that passed by made sure I was taken care of. Very happy with the price as well - I price compared and they were cheaper than competitors.

Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. She worked with me to hand pick every tile. Walked us through to each department and showed true interest in the overall wellbeing of the project. Jessica deserves a raise!
Jason was also very helpful in ensuring the next store had material in stock and ready for pick up.

Can’t say enough about the outstanding service we received at this location. Simon and Kelif (hope I’m spelling that correctly) both went out of their way to make our shopping experience as positive as it could possibly be.
Floor and Decor’s selection just can’t be beat. We will be back when we are ready for another project.
