I work for a manufacturer of food and commercial kiosks, and when a customer had questions about penny tiles, Natalie came to our rescue and answered every question we had with enthusiasm and professionalism. Took a tiling class with Raymond this Saturday morning. Learned more in a few hours than I have in a lifetime. Raymond was very open, candid, and supportive. He level of knowledge was evident by the product that virtual beginners were able to create. If he teaches any other course I will be sure to attend.

I want to thank Raymond Gager for providing outstanding customer service! I’m currently in the middle of a floor tiling project that has gone bad. He provided valuable information on what the tiling crew should or should not have done. Even having called him multiple times with more questions, he was always so patient and willing to help.

Roberto gave us amazing customer service from start to finish. He answered all questions my husband and I had, very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and secure in our purchase. I came in for some shower silicone and Mr. Raymond gager He went beyond customer service help and truly taught me how to do the caulking on the edges of the shower. He’s just by heart a good man. God bless him he is an angel. His personality is just unbelievable. He’s a very good man.
