What I want to elaborate on is the design team, specifically Madison!!
I went in knowing what I wanted, but could not complete the detail look. I know I was confusing in how I explained my vision, but somehow Madison was able to interpret my chaos

I had a great experience with the design services. Style McCalpin was extremely helpful. Helped me put the finishing touches on my design to make it cohesive - even helped with grout recommendations which I thought was above and beyond. Really loving all the tile I picked out from Floor & Decor

I am very grateful for the assistance I got at Floor and decor. Definitely need to recommend Santiago.They were very helpful, and made sure I was getting the correct product. I was helped my first day that I had to get a lot of trim for LVP, and had to go back two days running to fix a lot of things, including trying to figure out what my wife was talking about, and Santiago went above and beyond

My mom and I spent at least 3 hours picking and selecting different materials for my new home. Jack assisted us along the way and he was absolutely incredible. I will always come back to this store if I need anything additional for my house.

Outstanding experience at Floor & Decor! Alfonso and Alondra were absolutely fantastic—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. My husband and I went to Floor and Decor to get ready for our new Backsplash. Rosie was wonderful. She gave us a very fair price and the installation was smooth. Highly recommend for all of your flooring. We have also scheduled some new tile for our daughter's home in Killeen.

This store is well organized and never seems too busy. We’ve made several trips there over the last few weeks, and every employee we’ve encountered has been friendly and willing to help. We found some tile there for a backslash project at a great price too!

Well well well in addition to: Jordan, Tripp, Riley, and Hayden, who did a great job of taking care of me at the last minute at closung time... with an assist from Courtney, the manager; Maria at the prodesk just pulled off an almost impossible task by finding a few sheets of discontinued tile that our client has in her bathroom and wanted to expand her vision with the same tile that was installed
