Randy was excellent to work with. He was very patient and thoroughly explained the process. His crew went to work right away and remove the old style 2003 staircase, railing, balusters and newels. I recently had new stair rails installed with FJR stairs and doors. They did an incredible job. Randy was quick to get back to me after I reached out. He came out to my house, brought samples, and guided me through the entire project. His crew was professional and punctual. His painter was extremely patient as we needed to match stain.
