I was very pleased with the service, Lance Harrod was the technician sent to do my heater repair. He explained in detail how my furnace system worked and was able to locate and repair the problem in a short time. I would definitely recommend Fix It Services for all heating and ac repairs.

Get a second opinion before they start any work
I was referred to them by my home warranty to look at a stoppage in my toilet but was also backing up the drain for my washing machine. It started with a child flushing baby wipes. The workers came out and said it was tree roots and quoted me $3400 to fix the problem and my home warranty doesnt cover tree roots. It was very strange to me b

I had a really good experience with fix it services. They were really kind and were quick to help me with my issues. I had a pipe leak in my wall, and they switched out the piece because the leak continued. I went through my home warranty. So, it was just my service call fee. I'd love to use them again if I have any other issues with plumbing or a/c.

My home warranty called them for us for my leaky kitchen sink. The technician was late after having to reschedule. They looked at the leak and said that they can't fix it until the plumbing under the sink is up to "their standards". So I paid them for NOTHING! Them they said we could get our system up to their standards if we pay them $700!!!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. Jacob Byrd arrived on time & assessed the problem. He then went to his truck to get a part. It seemed like an easy fix and doesn't leak anymore. I'm very satisfied & thanks to Jacob. I would definitely recommend Jacob & Fix It.
