My mother has used this service for years. In January they told her that she needed new pumps and wiring. She paid over $5000 up front for the work. They remodeled our pool and we're loving it. Jennifer in the office was excellent on the financial side of things. Victor was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and concerns. He jumped through hoops like a pro! We have new plaster, tile and coping on the spa.

I have hired several different pool companies, and the water always looked murky and was dirty. I gave the guys at five star a shot, and last week I voiced some concerns and issues I was having they came out and found there was a tear in the filter already, and one of the valves was not closing all the way their attention to detail has our pool looking better than it ever has.

This company does a terrible job servicing pools and has caused damage to my property. I have contacted them multiple times to cancel and they ignore my contact and continue to charge my credit card for service they are not performing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PROPERTY OR CREDIT CARD!

Update: 2025 summertime. These liars didn't fix a problem, just blocked off 2 pool jets and charged me for repairs of a "leak" that was never there. And Will, called me, said "oh we found a second leak" (of course I was oot and he couldn't send me photos or proof) and said we can just cap off the jet if you want. We saved our money for two years to refinish our pool. 20,000 (just refinish, coping and edge tile, no equipment) I had very specific ideas about how I wanted it to look since it is a small pool. Sent pics sent product info. White coral stone coping with white pebble tech finish. Unfortunately they don't offer white coral stone for coping so I settled for white travertine.
