What won us over to 5 Star Bath Solutions was their lifetime, transferable warranty and their policy that the original price they quoted us would not change once they started the project. They stayed true to their promise. They took everything down to the studs and ended up replacing some pipes and reinforcing the floor where the bathtub had been and we were not charged a penny for the extra wor

We couldn't be happier with our tub to walk-in shower that Wes completed for us! His phenomenal work ethic resulted in a gorgeous completed project. This company is honest, fair & provides excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again for any other bathroom project we plan.

We absolutely love our new walk in shower! We give Five Star Bath Solutions Ten Stars for taking our old bathtub and converting it in the opposite direction in to a beautiful walk-in shower! This was a large project and it took a lot more time than estimated. 31 days vs 5. Two installers worked the job, they both were professional and work hard to make it right. Some of the delay - 2 weeks, was waiting for an oversized panel to arrive to finish the ceiling. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend 5 Star to anyone wanting a new shower. We had been mulling a shower remodel in our 1990s-vintage primary bathroom for quite a while now - I think we started casually thinking about it all the way back in 2016 or so but only got serious this year. The one thing I can say is stupendous!!! The people I dealt with from the very beginning were awesome. They did not rush you and were very knowledgeable about their jobs.
They were very respectful of your property and went above and beyond their job. They even moved my car and helped me bring in my groceries. Not to mention the beautiful bathroom I now have! I would not hesitate to call them agai
