I had a small 2 bedroom house rental behind my house. I was pretty sure I was going to use it for storage. A sweet young girl named tamera wanted to rent it but I said it isnt suitable for a tenant. Her sister Vanessa and Vanessa' husband Russ do construction,remodeling, all related tasks. I traded their work for rent exchange. They spent time and money. In the worst part of the texas heat. I received a reasonable quote & was able to schedule within a week-and on a SATURDAY!!! We have had trouble finding dependable people to do work
