Non of their online prices match the price in the store. Which in-store is more expensive and they wont honor their online price. Each time I have gone there, the item i needed that they have online is not available in the store. Their customer service sucks. Honestly I dont know why anyone would still shop there. I know I wont go and shop there again.

I went in tonight (12-22-25) and I need a small screw for my alarm car key and a young man named David went over and beyond to help me get the right screw it was a little bity screw and he tried different one to see if they fit and he kept on he told me don't worry "we gonna find it" I appreciate his determination and his service. Thank you young man! He saved the night!

Good shopping experience. Needed some stihl equipment and these guys were the only ones open this late on Saturday. They don't have everything I was looking for, but what I was able to get will get me through the weekend jobs I have ahead. One of the gentlemen even offered to order anything else I needed. Very good

Got me a granny porch screen door. Only waited 26 years. Perfect fit. Price was way less than expected. Less than $75.

Place looks small but they have way more stuff than expected in a good way. Easy to go in and out to find home repairs landscape materials, tools etc

I will never go back to the store ever again. And I have the advantage of a commander at another store.
I will take my name off this membership. need to have training for management employees. And staff members period, Management and staff very poorly train as a business owner.I recommend having a better train management and staff If I could, I would not leave a onestore.Is it store on Southmor
