DO NOT USE FIRST US FLOORS--THEY CUT CORNERS AND DON'T STAND BY THEIR WORK!
We hired First US Floors about 3 years ago to replace old tile and carpet throughout most of our home with high-quality vinyl laminate flooring. At first, everything looked great and the installation was completed quickly. However, what seemed like a smooth process has turned into a nightmare down the line.

I wanted to match up hardwood floors to existing floors before I moved into my new home. First US floors immediately returned my call, came out to measure and put the hardwood floors and removed carpet and left no construction trash behind. This all happened within a very short time frame. Instillation happened in 1 day. This was seamless process and excellent work. I would highly recommend First

My First US Floors experience was exemplary from beginning to end. I met with Carlos and within 5 minutes he had shown me 3 flooring selections that were all wonderful. Matt had pricing to me quickly. The installation was done ahead of schedule despite the flooring arriving late from the manufacturer. The communication with Matt was always top notch.
And, the floors look absolutely amazing.

Matt and Carlos are a pleasure to work with …they are engaged throughout the project. We replaced our hallway, foyer, living, dining and kitchen area with engineered wood floors and absolutely love the results! Pedro did the work and was polite and hardworking!
