I first spoke with the preferred lender and everything was great there. I called in to Trails at Cottonwood Creek. I only needed a couple pieces of information. I asked for the property tax rate. 2.3%. I got that. I was given the HOA fee of 1300 annually. Understood. I was told there was a PID. The PID was roughly 1,100/year, but if you paid in full, it is roughly 12,000-14,000. She said you have

If you are considering a home in this development, I encourage you to drive down Del Rio Trail (open the photo) This occurred a month ago, and no one will take responsibility or provide a plan of action to resolve/repair. The HOA stated the following when updates have been requested:
