Very nicely built homes, went to the Grand opening and the homes are at a good price range. The area is not a bad area to live, beside every city in the world has a few bad apple living in it. I like the man-made lake and other things they have planned for the area, it's a good thing for Mesquite to bring higher end living to the area, I live in the Hagen Hill community off I-20.

Billie is extremely attentive and warm. Although we walked in while she was on a meeting she was extremely supportive as soon as she got off the call. She greeted us very kindly, answered our questions. Every part of the moment we shared was very purposeful and helpful. She gave us various types of resources to show us what was available and we appreciate her thoughtful and swift support.
