Workers eat lunch and throw their trash in the street. I come home to find workers laying in my yard, sitting on my steps. Construction crews never pick up behind themselves daily and I constantly find myself picking up nails, lunch plates, drink cans and construction material flying in my yard, from the neighboring Iots. My spouse and I met with Priscilla recently. We love the community. Priscilla was very friendly and helpful. We love the property next door to the office. But you have it priced a little higher than our range. We will continue to watch the community for any special promotions. I’ve held off on leaving a review for a few months now hoping that things could and would get better. It kind of makes you regret purchasing here when your simple concerns/complaints can’t be addressed. Amongst a myriad of issues here in this community, I don’t understand why when you call the office about something they don’t feel it’s their job to handle things that literally have nothing to do
