Britt from Simply Rug Cleaning made the process of getting our area rug cleaned so easy. Pickup and drop-off were fast and convenient, and the price we paid was extremely reasonable. This rug has never looked better. Especially impressed that there was absolutely no bleeding or fading, given how bright the colors are.

So responsive and helpful. We have this little rug and multiple pets , so things had gotten kinda bad despite my good vacuum cleaner.
They got here quickly, explained the process, gave us a real price, and got the cleaned rug back to us inside their expected turnaround time.
Also Britt is a very nice guy!
