I recently accepted Miguel’s quote to do repair work on work he completed a couple years ago on my pool deck. After several days of no shows he called and requested money to purchase material. I gave him a deposit for material. More no shows and not answering phone messages or texts. Then finally a phone call from Miguel that materials were no longer available. Miguel from Finest Floors of Texas is a liar and a thief. He took my money, for a job and then acted like we never dealt with him. He runs the business from his house and is a real scammer. Beware of this scammer and avoid doing any business with him.

My front was old and they were able to repair the minor damage and put another layer of concrete on top then painted it a grayish color
