My request for troubleshooting my thermostat was fulfilled the same day! Garrett is familiar with the equipment which shows proper training and experience. The issue was explained to me, how the issue would be fixed and after I agreed, I had air conditioning. Further discussion with Garrett informed me of Ferrara's maintenance program, so I signed on. Having grandkids for the summer and your AC going out is like you’re worst nightmare. These guys showed up the same day!, explained everything so detailed that we were truly able to understand the problem . Thank you technician Garrett Swan for calling and letting me know future issues and walking me through options. I felt like he had my best interest instead of just making a buck. I contacted Ferrara’s after hours on Friday and spoke with the On-Call regarding my issue. They recommended waiting until Monday to avoid being charged my right kidney. (Keep in mind this fit best for my OWN personal situation, I had no mind waiting.)
