Nick is singlehandedly the best front desk sales rep ever! They had what we needed, and when we showed up after closing due to traffic, they still took care of us with a smile and got us situated with everything we needed, and at fantastic prices!
It is impossible for us to not recommend this location and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

Bad customer service. They rarely answer the phone. They don't even offer the ability to leave a message. This place is also more expensive than their competitors.

Great friendly service. Ordered on the morning, picked up by noon. Quick ordering, Quick processing and quick loading. Will definitely recommend !

Went to the store with a relay that clearly states the specs, I also have the spec sheet for the part. They don't have the exact part number, but relays that I don't have spec sheets for, but the service person would guide me to an equivalent part. Instead they ask for a HVAC model number to recommend the correct part. If I am leaving the store, I am not coming back.....Went to Locke instead, but

Stopped in trying to find a faucet handle. The rep said they didn't have it but gave a recommendation that ended up having it.

It was Saturday. They were short staffed, and had an apparently unexpected rush of customers.
It was clear that the staff was being diligent, which I appreciated. Although their listing says open until 12:30, they locked the door at noon.I had arrived at 11, and finally was helped at 12:15.

I have been to the store twice for plumbing parts. As a novice to plumbing repairmen, the service here is fantastic. People are very friendly, jovial, and helpful. Saved hundreds of dollars by doing it myself. I strongly recommend the store.

I called a head of time to ask if they had replacement parts for a contemporary water fall faucet. I was told by the person over the phone that they did in fact have replacement parts. I was told to bring in photos of the faucet.
