Our toilet tank had a crack. Chris arrived just after lunch with his helper, Chase. They were both courteous and moved efficiently. Chris sent his report to my home warranty company, who turned down my claim as “not normal wear and tear”. He quoted $325 to install the new toilet which I had already purchased. A tech came out to "fix" a shower issue i was having. After paying for the visit and the tech leaving I was left with the same issue as before not resolved. So I called and asked them to come out again and had another appointment scheduled, but less than 24 hours before the appointment they wanted to push my time slot to later in the day. I just went ahead and just fixed it myself to save on time

This company work with home owner insurance companies, to which i may not say the name in order not to repair or fix anything.
