Everything from the leasing process, the managers, grounds, and apartments themselves have been great. Very friendly and helpful managers. Plenty of fun activities indoors or out available. The apartments are clean and spacious. Do recommend to anyone looking for an awesome apartment community.

We’re barely moving in, but our first impression has been great. The leasing staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The apartment looks well maintained, and we’re excited to make this our new home.

I am super excited to move into these apartments!! The staff was super patient with me and all my questions. I was almost certain I wouldnt get approved because of my poor credit but I did! Sarah was the one who gave me the tour and she did a great job. Im excited to be living in such a nice and updated home. They are also very competitive pricing wise. Applying to Faudree Ranch has been so easy. The staff have been great. Especially Desiree! She is a rock star! She helped me out anytime I had questions, and let me tell you I had a LOT of questions! I definitely would recommend and super excited to start living there!!

Faudree Ranch is very nice! It is very clean and Jessica Sanchez in the leasing office was very professional and gregarious as she made the whole process a seamless one from beginning to end. I couldn't have had a better move-in experience! I feel welcome here.

Thank you for all the help and tour in helping me find a new home to move into. Haven’t moved in yet but everything was great. Everyone was nice and keep me updated on the process. I Can’t wait to move in very nice place to live at.
