Very good experience - the end product being a new bathroom floor, trim molding and install new commode was completed on time as promised and a quality job all around. Ronnie and Lina in the office were very helpful and informative, Eddie the installer was highly skilled and did a great job. The estimate was fair and clearly spelled out. Highly recommended. Although they were kind, they have poor follow up and customer service skills. Don’t really call you to confirm anything or let you know when they are on the way, etc. The only time they called me first was to collect payment, outside of that I had to call THEM to ask what the status was, when they would be out for appointments and more..
Ontop of that they contract out to a 3rd party for install
