I had a wonderful experience with Kayla! She called, came when she said she would, measured the house and offered to bring samples to me! She and the staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering a beautiful hardwood floor in maple. Highly recommend!

They did a great job and my carpet looks beautiful! There was no mess left behind and the workers were very fast and talented. We will definitely be using Fashion Floors for all our future needs. I highly recommend them.

Hate to write this about a local business. Job has been sub par and ample time to do it right.
Job was laid several days late with no communication and I was prepped and ready with house in disarray to prepare. They no showed and delayed again after multiple calls. It’s really hard to find great customer service these days but this company has a really great young Lady by the name of Anela. She was incredibly helpful and kept communication with me the entire time. She even came by and did a house visit and we got our carpet the next business day! I highly recommend this company and please ask for Anela you will not be disappointed!

Anela was great to work with. And even helped us pick out the carpet we needed and helped us decide what would look good for a future floor project. The installers were fast and very good. They had to put carpet pieces together to cover the whole room and I can’t even see the seams and I was watching them do it!
