Todd came in to do a mold inspection, provided by my landlord. Turns out he dose not have a license for this. He was touching what turned out to be mold with bare hands seems very dismissive about my concerns. They came in and said what they were going to do, we had already moved some of our furniture out of the way to make it easier for them to come do their job. On Time, Great Service, and Excellent Cleaning !!! Had 3 bedrooms and 2 small area rugs done. Very quick in spot cleaning then doing heavy cleaning. No more spots and the carpets smell great. We have used them twice now, and are delighted with the service. They answered when I called, which isn't always a given; they showed up exactly on time, were polite and professional, and did a great job cleaning our carpets and removing stains and odor after our dog had an accident.
