They Left openings , now animals crawled in . Not to mentioned out front porch. A small error ? It’s been cold & raining .. no insulation or moisture barrier was put up at all , not just a few planks , I caught it if I hadn’t they would of never said a word . How do they get away with this ?

We contacted them about repairing some tile and walls in our home after the plumbers cut the walls out to reroute our plumbing!
