This place is run by a fast-talking, machismo salesman. If we don’t know each other, please don’t call me Sweetheart. I got the feeling he does a lot of commercial business and doesn’t have the patience for smaller residential projects. Tony and his employees are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They did a great job on installation, and when I called Tony with a question after the job was done and paid for, he called his installers, and they came to my house 30 minutes later to take care of the issue! Fantastic customer service!

Very helpful and patient, as I took FOREVER to decide what I wanted. I even left after not being able to choose after looking around for quite some time. When I returned, I thought for sure they were going to be like "oh great, we've gotta deal with her again!" Lol
They did not try to rush me, and were so very helpful, and informative. Thanks for the GREAT customer service!

So disrespectful! Not professional!! I really don’t want to put any stars to be honest, I was just there 4/17/19 helping my mom look for flooring and I finally walk in and my mother shows me the flooring they are trying to sale her. Well it looked really thin and cheaply looking, so I said it looked thin! I mean customers can voice their opinion on something they do not like about a product! But o

I would not recommend. I sent a message to try to get help from someone since I don’t live in Longview and this was what I got in response. I work 9-6 everyday except Sunday and they are closed. Obviously I know I can go by the store but if I’m texting you it’s for a reason and that’s for help. I never have been to this place before and definitely won’t be going. Very rude.

VERY rude management!!! Nice helper though & good quality product. However, we will not be returning strictly due to rude customer service. We were in shock at the way management spoke to us. We will spend our money elsewhere!!

No star review. Two older guys,, extremely rude, very condescending, not helpful at all. One guy told told the other guy to come take care of us (the customer) because his mommy was texting him. Avoid this place at all cost.
