Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Andrea was the best! She was SO helpful, and went out of her way to help us get the materials we needed, as quickly as possible. After looking around, Factory Direct had the best price on the flooring, and it was ready for pickup the same day we paid, and when we needed extra she went above and beyond getting it ready for pickup.

I will admit that I was a bit hesitant at first because the price I was quoted was so much less than other places that were in-town for me. Andrea did a fantastic job communicating with updates and was also very responsive to questions I had. I was very impressed with the price and extraordinary service that Factory Direct gave me on engineered wood flooring and the adhesive. Andrea gave me the best price of several quotes on the same product and kept me informed during the entire process from purchasing to shipping. She made sure that I receive the shipment on time. Andrea and Daniel were extremely personable, helpful, kind and not pushy! I got quotes from a couple different sources and Factory Direct was able to beat the other offers for me as well as provide excellent customer service. They are a local family owned business and I highly recommend supporting them with your next flooring purchase! Our floors are gorgeous!!

I ordered my flooring online from them and had it shipped from Texas to Indiana. The price was better than anything I could find locally on the same exact product even after shipping costs. The flooring was delivered faster than I expected and was in excellent condition with no damage from shipping. The flooring looks great and is great quality. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!!!

I recently ordered luxury vinyl planks. The person I spoke with over the phone, Andrea I believe, was very courteous and responsive. On top of that the pricing was was great, and the product arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Factory Direct!!!
