I had a fantastic experience at the furniture store in the University area of Edinburg, all thanks to Ms. Cindy! She went above and beyond to help me, and her customer service skills were exceptional. Her social skills made the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location! Also Mr Jessie helps me out great all the time thank you guys 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Cynthia & Estrella we're so helpful and willing to help us with any questions we had, unlike the other EZ furniture on Nolana in McAllen, those ladies were so rude and very unhelpful.. thankfully here in Edinburg we were able to get what we wanted and and for a great price! Would recommend to anyone looking to lease some furniture.

This has been the worse experience ever purchasing appliances. On 7/11/5 I purchased in cash a Forno range with matching range hood and till this day 11/10/25 I have not received my hood range and last month I decided to cancel order for the range they have now told me that since there was an error at the time of order they “ACTUALLY” gave me the range hood free. The Manager there has Horrible communication skills and no Customer Service Skills. We ordered a 3 piece sofa set and gave 300 down on the 90 day same as cash program. We'll today March 20th has been 5 weeks and I still don't have any Furniture then they are telling me it will be next week. Don’t recommend this place even if their prices are affordable. Walked in and spoke to George stated the process was easy to purchase 2 twin size box springs. Came back to see if we could set up a payment plan to get the spring boxes and Estrella helped out my husband on purchasing the order.
