This was for a 3 bedroom move out carpet cleaning. The job itself was great! Booking was easy and I was able to get a last minute appointment. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. The only issue I had at all- website says 3 rooms for $99. However I got up charged for closets, and some stain removal. I completely understand the stain removal up charge, but for closets? Really? Had my stairs, 2nd floor and couches deep cleaned in two separate visits. Larry did an amazing job, was upfront about potential risks, and the price was very fair. As expected and discussed in our initial consultation, due to their nature, a few pet stains came back through.
