Don’t move here… even with HOA this place is nowhere near luxurious. Imagine when they hand it to the residents. It’s gonna be trash.
1. Loud music, every day! It’s Monday and I can hear someone’s music blocks away. This is a constant and these walls are thin!

The warranty is a big scam. The house sunk a little after it was built and cracks appeared on the walls and the driveway. The engineer came and promised they will fix it and it didn’t happen. Then they told me the driveway is not in the warranty! If I had known I would not have bought the house.

Where to begin. They constantly complain about everything, got violation for them being able to see my smoke while grilling, among other dumb ones. Careful moving to this area, you will definitely get fined for something stupid

It's been weeks since their US flag has been flying half mast. Who died?!
I called and reported to fix since some of my battle buddies died defending that flag and they stated they would. Passed by Antlers to check on B&B home progress and days later flag is still half
Mast. Armadillo don't fly a flag to attract patriots to sell homes if you ain't going to respect it.

The construction workers have really loud music going on all morning and afternoon long. The music they play is offensive and does not let my night shift husband sleep.
